After stints across both agency and client-side roles, Maitreyee now runs Marathon Studios - an independent sensemaking and insights practice working across APAC and beyond. Shaped by agency rigour and client-side pragmatism, her work is rooted in a close reading of human behaviour, especially the seemingly mundane details of everyday life that often reveal the most. She helps businesses make sense of behaviour, culture, and meaning in ways that hold on to complexity without making things unnecessarily complicated. Off work, she makes (slightly wonky) ceramics and writes The Weird View, a Substack where she decodes the quirks, patterns, and small oddities of the world around her.
