Mark Lemon is a Director at Sign Salad, the cultural consultancy specialising in semiotics, language analysis and cultural foresight. In his 10+ years working as a commercial semiotician Mark has conducted a wide variety of global projects such as analysis of refreshment in South America, decoding the stigma of gambling harms in the UK, and analysing Foodie Culture across 11 global markets. Mark heads up Sign Salad’s specialist language analysis offering and his fondness for a new challenge has led to his (often misguided) passions for monoskiing and performing stand-up comedy.
