With a career spanning 25+ years, Kees van Duyn has earned his stripes as a brand strategist, qualitative researcher and semiotician in the Netherlands and Australia. These days, he calls Amsterdam home, where he heads up his own insight-based marketing consultancy: sputnik foresight. Kees is also co-founder of SemioCentral, the Netherlands' very first agency dedicated to semiotics. In 2020 his knack for digging deep and thinking sharp earned him a nomination for the Dutch Insight Professional of the Year Award. Kees specialises in what he fondly refers to as “the complex stuff” (he could never resist a good challenge), with a focus on brand strategy, concept development and innovation.
