Diana is a Social and Cultural Psychologist with a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics and over 18 years of experience in Brand Consultancy and Innovation through Cultural and Social Research. She transforms insights into compelling narratives and is an expert in trend-seeking, assessing both global and local brands, and developing strategic future steps through co-creation processes grounded in users’ voices and semiotics. She specializes in understanding the local and cultural perspectives of Mexico and Latin America for global agencies and brands, particularly those focused on youth and generations (Alpha, Z, millennials). Since 2017, she has been a professor at Centro in Mexico City, teaching Applied Social Psychology for Brand Planning. Currently, she works as an independent consultant. In parallel, she is a frequent speaker, delivering talks and keynotes on culture, consumer behavior and emerging social trends for academic, industry, and creative audiences.
