A consumer insight and semiotics expert for almost 25 years, since 2012 Alexandre Didier has run Smartfrogs, a Paris-based small marketing consultancy agency. They help brands decode meaning, culture, and behavior to drive smarter business decisions companies. Graduated with a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages Applied to Business and a Master’s Degree in Semiotics, Alexandre started his carreer providing communication consulting to Banking and Insurance companies before moving to the funnier banks of FMCGs. Now he alternates amongst food and drinks, healthcare, gaming, petfood, retail, mobility, finance. He never knows which topic or sector he’ll have to investigate tomorrow, and that’s what he likes.
