Yogi Hendlin is an environmental philosopher and public health scientist with academic appointments in The Netherlands and San Francisco. Yogi is editor-in-chief of the journal Biosemiotics, and co-editor of two books, "Food and Medicine: A Biosemiotic Perspective," and "Being Algae: Transformations in Water, Plants."
