Susan Bell is a Sydney-based qualitative researcher and semiotician. She runs the boutique agency Susan Bell Research, which specialises in communications research, with a particular focus on the older market. She is a Fellow of The Research Society in Australia, past Board member, and past Conference Chair. She is also a member of QRCA and Plain, the International Plain Language Association. She has presented papers at many conferences in Australia and Asia and has been published in QRCA Views, as well as Qualitative Market Research, an International Journal, and in the International Journal of Market Research.
